You can either bring your diamond, in person, to our Hatton Garden, London Showroom or send to us using one of the following secure services

Royal Mail Special Delivery

By a recognised courier service
In person to our Hatton Garden showroom

For your security, you must send your diamond by a courier that requires a signature upton delivery. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery. Once the diamond has arrived in our office and been signed for, it will be kept securely locked away.
Please note that we do not take any responsibility for any damage or loss while the diamond is in transit. For security purposes, please notify us if you send your diamond, so we know when to expect it.
